Keramoti, Greece

Locality

Keramoti is situated in the Kavala prefecture. It is equally away from the two district cities - Xanthis and Kavala. Keramoti is 18 km away from the Egnatia Odos highway, which connects Thessaloniki and the Turkish border. At 10 km from Keramoti is the Nestos River (called the Mesta River in Bulgaria), where one can enjoy canoeing, rafting, and horse riding. From Keramoti, it takes only 30 min. to reach the Thassos Island by ferryboat.
